As a Junior Recruiter, you will be introducing, building, and nurturing relationships with our clients, understanding their recruitment and growth vision, delivering great candidates, at pace.

• Proactively headhunt and approach great candidates through various platforms
• Build introductions, and nurture relationships with industry specific candidates, expanding your network to underpin & develop your specialism
• Manage end to end Recruitment lifecycle processes
• Utilise Selexa’s excellent network to partner with candidates and introduce them to our clients
• Develop client relationships as a specialist Recruiter, understanding your client's Visions and building an effective recruitment strategy to deliver exceptional candidates – Selected Excellence
