HR Business Partner

My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented HRBP on a Contract basis.

My client are looking for an experienced HRBP to provide expert employee relations and people management support to operational and strategic leaders across the organisation.

What's on offer:

• Salary: 27 per hour, Inside IR35

negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

• Provide expert guidance and challenge to managers on employee relations, change management, and people matters
• Manage and oversee complex and non-complex employee relations cases
• Coach and advise HR colleagues, leaders, line managers, and employees on ER matters and employment law
• Manage and advise on TUPE transfers (in and out of the organisation)

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience in a similar role
• Proven experience managing complex and non-complex ER cases end to end
• Experience working in partnership with Trade Unions
• Local Authority experience is essential
