The Role

Develop strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities through B2B sales.
Source and engage top talent through headhunting, networking, and market research.
Act as a trusted recruitment partner, ensuring clients' hiring needs are met with high-quality candidates.
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets while building your professional reputation.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within finance or a related professional services sector.
Strong business development skills and the ability to win new clients and grow accounts.
Confidence in negotiation, objection handling, and relationship building at all levels.
