Position Overview

As a Recruitment Consultant at Prospero Group, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and placing candidates into a variety of roles across our client base. You will build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, understand their hiring and career needs, and manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to successful placement.

As a Recruitment Consultant at Prospero Group, you'll be responsible for:
  • Conducting telephone interviews with prospective candidates to assess suitability for a range of roles

  • Advertising vacancies on job boards in line with company guidelines

  • Sourcing candidates via social media, job boards, CV searching, and internal networks

  • Working closely with the talent team to coordinate each stage of the recruitment process, from initial application through to offer and placement

Who You Are:
