Technical Analyst - SuccessFactors HRIS

A Senior Technical Analyst – HR Systems is sought by this multi-national technology developer to be based at their R+D Centre in Swindon.

The Senior Technical Analyst – HR Systems will be working with both IT and HR as well as external stakeholders assessing needs, developing business requirements, creating and implementing specifications for new and existing HR systems and tools.

The Senior Technical Analyst – HR Systems will also be responsible for maintaining, configuring and optimising HR systems ensuring scalability, performance and integration with existing business‑critical platforms.

You will have several years of experience with Success Factors Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance and Goals coupled with SAP HCM and other enterprise architectures (SAP, Workday, Peoplesoft, ADP, S4 HANA Azure AD) and HR process automation. You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of creating and implementing business requirement specifications. Exposure to Jira and Service Now ticketing would be beneficial.

Candidates need to be fully authorised to live and work in the UK.
