What you'll be doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, including:

• Building strong business relationships through strategic B2B development (calls, emails & Linked In outreach)

• Sourcing talent using tools like Linked In Recruiter, job boards & networking

• Managing vacancies from briefing to placement

• Matching and prepping candidates for interviews

• Negotiating offers and closing placements

• Meeting clients and candidates both virtually and face-to-face
