About the Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn all aspects of the recruitment process while building strong relationships with candidates and clients. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where hard work and determination are recognised and rewarded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
  • Match candidates to suitable job opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Arrange interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Develop business opportunities through networking and client outreach.
  • Maintain accurate records using the company CRM and recruitment systems.
  • Work towards individual and team performance targets.
