HR Manager (Part Time)
Location: Chinley, High Peak – Office Based
Salary: £24,000 to £30,000 for 20 Hours Per Week – Flexibility Offered + 33 Days Holiday (Pro Rata'd)
HR Manager required for a reputable manufacturing company who are truly market experts. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced HR Manager looking for a part time role whilst remaining a key member of a team.
This role would suit an experienced HR Manager / HR Generalist with experience managing complex employee relations. You will need an up-to-date knowledge of UK employment laws, experience developing and implementing policies and advising senior management teams.
The HR Manager will take ownership of the HR function across the business, developing strategy through to delivery. The company are offering a part time role of 20 hours per week and are offering flexibility as to how this is structured throughout the week.
The HR Manager Role:- Main point of contact for the leadership team on all people / HR matters
- Develop, review and own HR policies – including updating employee handbooks and ensuring they remain legally compliant
- Management of recruitment strategy
- Ownership of disciplinary, grievance, capability and appeal processes, ensuring fair, consistent and legally sound outcomes
- Manage organisational changes where required
- Management of absences, performance reviews, appraisals, training and development etc.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws
- Oversee HR data and GDPR compliance
- HR Manager / HR Generalist experience
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience advising senior management teams
- Development and implementation of HR policy
