The Normanton branch is thriving, with a strong base of drivers and loyal PSL clients ready for you to build on.

They’re now looking for a confident, commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join the team and take ownership of a busy, high-demand desk.

This is a true 360 role where you’ll have autonomy, variety and the chance to make a real impact:

• Managing your own desk of daily drivers
• Building strong relationships with existing PSL clients
• Generating new business and growing your client base
• Visiting customer sites to strengthen partnerships
• Advertising, sourcing and attracting high-quality drivers
• Conducting interviews and completing licence checks
• Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
• Handling all associated recruitment administration

You’ll thrive here if you’re energetic, organised and commercially sharp:

• Recruitment experience with a proven track record in sales & business development
• Confidence managing a busy 360 desk
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work at pace while maintaining high standards
• A proactive, resilient and team-focused approach
• Experience with in driving, industrial or logistics recruitment is ideal, but strong recruiters from other sectors will also be considered.

• £28,000 – £35,000 basic salary (DOE)
