HR Manager - Drive Culture, Engagement & Organisational Success

Banbury (with travel to local sites)

Contract:

Permanent, Part-Time (Full-time can also be discussed) Salary: circa £55,000 (pro-rata), to be discussed. Join a growing manufacturing business where people are recognised as a key driver of success. As HR Manager, you'll partner with leaders across multiple sites, helping to develop high-performing teams, strengthen employee engagement and support organisational growth. Key Responsibilities as a HR Manager:
Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and leadership teams Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and people development Support recruitment, onboarding, succession planning and talent development activities Drive employee engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives Lead and support disciplinary, grievance and absence management processes Champion culture change and continuous improvement programmes Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and HR best practice Use HR data and insights to support business decision-making Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working Who We're Looking For:
Previous experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role Manufacturing, engineering or operational environment experience preferred Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice Proven ability to influence, coach and challenge stakeholders Experience supporting employee engagement, organisational development or change initiatives Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working across multiple sites when required CIPD qualified or equivalent professional experience Ready to Make an Impact?
