This is a full‑time, on‑site HR IT Recruiter role based in All Saints. The HR IT Recruiter will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for IT and technical roles, including understanding hiring needs, drafting job postings, sourcing candidates, and managing the interview process. The role involves screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating technical assessments, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and timely selection process.
The HR IT Recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, manage offer negotiations, and support onboarding activities to provide a positive candidate experience. The individual will also track recruitment metrics, use applicant tracking systems, and collaborate with HR and leadership to refine talent acquisition strategies that support business growth.
- Handle end‑to‑end IT recruitment lifecycle for C2H, C2C, and Full‑Time positions.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and technical evaluations.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate engagement.
- Collect required documents and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring databases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely closure of positions.
- Strong experience in IT Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Hands‑on experience in Contract Staffing, C2H, C2C, and Permanent Hiring.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and shortlisting skills.
- Experience in client handling and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Good understanding of various IT technologies and technical skill evaluation.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT Recruitment.
- Immediate Joiners are highly preferred.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of handling multiple requirements simultaneously.
