You don't need recruitment experience to succeed here. Some of our highest performers came from sales, hospitality, retail and customer-facing jobs. What matters most is attitude, being motivated, confident, speaking to people, and being willing to put the effort in!

• Speaking with candidates about their careers and helping them find new opportunities
• Building relationships with companies looking to hire
• Writing adverts, sourcing candidates and arranging interviews
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
• Negotiating offers and helping people secure new jobs
• Growing your own client base and earning commission from your success

• Enjoy talking to people and building relationships
• Are ambitious and want to increase their earnings over time
• Can stay positive when things don't always go to plan
• Like working towards targets and seeing results
• Have recruitment experience (helpful but not essential)

• Full training if you're starting out in recruitment
• Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission
