Interim Recruitment Advisor 3 months FTC
- Immediate Start Birmingham
- Hybrid 35K to 45K

Our client, a well-established and respected organisation, is seeking an experienced Interim Recruitment Advisor to join their team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional to support a busy in-house talent function during a period of increased hiring activity.

Working closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering an efficient end-to-end recruitment service across a range of professional and operational vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment advice.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through multiple channels.
  • Screen applications, conduct candidate interviews, and coordinate assessment processes.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
  • Manage agency relationships where required and ensure recruitment costs are controlled.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain recruitment data and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all recruitment activity complies with relevant legislation and company policies.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience within an internal recruitment, talent acquisition, or recruitment advisory role.
  • Strong experience managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and challenge hiring managers where appropriate.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Available to start at short notice or within a reasonable timeframe.
