Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic Specialist Recruiter for a full-time, based fully remote with ad hoc team building visits to HQ in West Yorkshire. The Specialist Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, assessing, and placing candidates within the Renewables and Energy sectors.

This role involves developing strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Key responsibilities include creating and posting job adverts, conducting interviews, evaluating candidate qualifications, and maintaining candidate pipelines. Collaboration with clients to deliver tailored recruitment strategies and maintaining up-to-date market knowledge will also be crucial aspects of the role.

Qualifications

Comprehensive knowledge of the sector;
Recruitment skills (including sourcing, candidate assessment, and full-cycle recruitment);
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities. You must demonstrate ability to work collaboratively within the team to aid your support and independently when necessary.
Problem-solving skills and adaptability to meet the needs of clients and candidates. You will also be fully confident around negotiating fees and rebates with clients and know your numbers, RTW legislation and associated regulations within permanent and Contract Recruitment Processes.
