Position: HR Systems Analyst - People Cloud Support
Location: Swindon

About the role

Swindon, United Kingdom – This is a 12‑month secondment opportunity for a HR Systems Analyst to work on the Oracle People Cloud application within the People Data and Technology Team.

The role involves providing expert support and guidance to HR users and employees, managing defects, provisioning access, maintaining system structure, and monitoring HR batch and scheduled processes. You will work closely with People Data & Technology, HR Administration, Internal Technical Support and Oracle Support teams.

Flexible working is supported; the position is based at the Swindon office and requires at least two days per week (or 40% of working time if part‑time).

Key responsibilities
  • Provide day‑to‑day support for all Oracle People Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Helpdesk, Performance, Learn and Integrations.
  • Identify, manage and resolve defects in collaboration with SME’s and HR teams.
  • Assist with testing new learning content and solutions as required.
  • Engage with Oracle Support and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
  • Share knowledge across the team and contribute to the direction and success of the People Data & Technology team.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience, knowledge and understanding of HR administration and the Oracle People Cloud application.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, processes and associated HR calculations (Absence, Core HR, Payroll, Maternity, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and an ability to process complex data.
  • Problem‑solving ability with a mathematical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and numerical.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
