Job Purpose

The UFS HR Business Partner will support the UKIANZ (United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand) PU and the Nordics countries, implementing the People Agenda, ensuring alignment with business strategy, and driving HR initiatives that support sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Trusted partner and coach to the UFS UKIANZ Leadership teams.
  • Lead change and transformation during the foods separation process.
  • Set the people agenda and coordinate strategic activities across country teams.
  • Lead key people processes – reward review, talent management, people development, and employee engagement.
  • Deliver HR strategy – create and deliver a People Agenda that builds future capability for business strategy.
  • Participate in business planning across the PU and ensure HR delivery aligns with business goals.
  • Understand countries’ needs and feed into the global team to co‑create a regional People Agenda.
  • Coach and develop senior leadership.
  • Develop and lead culture and behaviour interventions that drive employee engagement, psychological safety, retention and performance.
  • Ensure business compliance with local legislation and Unilever policy and procedures.
  • Leverage HR data insights and analytics to drive people and business decisions.
  • Work closely with the broader HR network (People Partners, Data Specialists, Talent Partners, Reward, Global Mobility) and the EU/Global UFS HR Community to land initiatives with impact.
  • Maintain effective employee relations through regular connection with employees in their functional organization, including field locations where applicable.
Qualifications
  • HR experience demonstrating a proven track record of delivery across organizational development and change, talent management, performance management, and reward.
  • Previous HR experience in the respective countries.
  • Preferable knowledge of employee relations and country regulations.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and dealing with ambiguity.

  • Action‑oriented, initiates resources and tools to ensure delivery on key HR processes.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and flexibility to coach and become a trusted partner to multiple Directors and teams.
