Guidant Global in Brighton is looking for an HR specialist to manage HR&OD casework and provide professional advice. The successful candidate will deliver solutions to support organisational performance while ensuring compliance with legislation and supporting managers in challenging situations.
The ideal applicant will hold a CIPD qualification and possess significant experience in advising on complex HR matters in a busy environment. This role includes leading change project work and providing guidance on HR policies.
