Salary: £28,000 to £35,000, with flexibility up to £40,000 for someone exceptional

My client is a specialist search firm working with high-growth software companies, VC and PE-backed businesses, and leadership teams across the UK and US.
They are looking for a Delivery Consultant with at least 1–2 years’ recruitment experience who wants to move into a more sophisticated, high-value market.
The role will focus on delivering senior Product, Operational and GTM talent into software companies, with average fees of around £36,000–£38,000 and senior roles reaching significantly higher.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys the candidate side of recruitment but wants to operate at a more executive level. You will need to be polished, responsive and able to conduct yourself well with senior candidates and clients.
My client is not looking for someone slapdash or overly salesy. They want someone coachable, commercially aware and able to bring finesse to how they communicate.
Around two thirds of their work is US-focused, so some evening calls are part of the role, although these do not always need to be taken from the office.
The culture is relaxed, collaborative and ambitious. They have hired and developed junior people successfully, have low turnover and offer a strong buddy‑style support system.
The team works hard, but there is also a strong lifestyle element, including trips to New York, skiing, Goodwood and other team incentives.
