Senior Recruitment Manager

The Portfolio Group have an exciting senior leadership opportunity in our Toronto office, for an experienced Recruitment Manager to head up and build out our Payroll Recruitment divisions.

We are the only specialist Payroll Recruiter in Canada, with clients across all industries. We've been around for 37 years in the UK and have an established brand and solid reputation in the market.

The Role;

As a hands on, billing Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing a selection of warm clients while winning new clients through business development / thought leadership / events. You will have full responsibility for managing the existing team including appraisals, team meetings and hiring strategy.

• Running a 360 desk

The Person;

• You should be a successful 360 Recruiter and Manager
• A "lead from the front" mentality
• You should be driven, proactive and self-motivated
• You should have solid examples of success around Business Development and Client Development / Relationship Management
