• Advise managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance issues.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor absence and support wellbeing initiatives.
• Provide HR reporting and support people-focused projects.

• Must have at least 2 years' experience working within a HR environment
• Attention to detail is essential
• Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
• Experience in a busy manufacturing environment is essential

• Starting salary of £36'000 per annum.
• 24 days holiday + BH.
