The Role As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll:
Build relationships with clients and candidates. Source top talent using Linked In Recruiter, job boards and AI-powered recruitment tools. Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement. Develop new business and grow your own client portfolio. Become a specialist within your market. What They're Looking For Graduate (any degree) or equivalent experience. Competitive mindset (sporting background is a bonus).

Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ambitious, resilient and target-driven. Sales, hospitality, retail or customer-facing experience is advantageous. What's on Offer £27,000 £ 30,000 basic salary. Uncapped commission (OTE £40,000 £ 50,000 in Year
