Windsor Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a Recruitment Advisor to oversee and enhance our day-to-day recruitment activities within an education environment. This role requires a balance of operational recruitment tasks and strategic thinking to improve candidate experience, all within a heavily regulated framework focused on safer recruitment practices. Day-to-day of the role:
Manage and execute the recruitment process from job posting to hiring, ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Work closely with various departments to understand their hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly. Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with current laws and regulations related to education Collaborate with senior management to align recruitment strategies Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruitment, with exposure to generalist HR roles. Familiarity with safer recruitment practices and regulations, particularly within the education sector. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a regulated environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
