Working closely with our Global Mobility Manager, HR and Tax teams, you will help ensure our employees have the correct documentation, visas, work permits and compliance requirements in place to work successfully across our European operations.

The Role

As Compliance Officer, you will take responsibility for the accurate and timely management of global mobility and employee compliance processes.

You will also support the ongoing development of Centum's compliance procedures and help ensure our systems and records remain accurate, current and audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing visa, immigration and work permit applications from preparation through to submission, tracking and completion.
  • Ensuring employee immigration and compliance documentation is accurate, valid and in line with relevant legislation.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for employees throughout visa and immigration processes.
  • Monitoring Final date to receive applicationss, document expiry dates and compliance requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate Global Mobility and compliance records.
  • Reviewing documentation and identifying missing or incorrect information before applications progress.
  • Updating employee and compliance information accurately within BambooHR and Centum's internal systems.
  • Ensuring Global Mobility dashboards contain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Supporting internal compliance audits and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
  • Working closely with the Global Mobility Manager, European Tax Specialist and HR team.
  • Liaising with employees, external partners and relevant authorities where required.
  • Preparing regular updates and reports on applications and compliance activity.
  • Identifying potential compliance risks and escalating these appropriately.
  • Supporting improvements to existing compliance processes, controls and procedures.
What We're Looking For
