Location: Withersfield
Paradigm Trust is offering an HR Support (Level
3) apprenticeship designed to develop practical HR administration and recruitment skills. The role supports the HR director and HR managers across recruitment cycles, pre-employment checks and starter/leaver processes.
You will work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with study time built in and a pathway to a permanent role on successful completion of the apprenticeship. Training is provided through SUFFOLK NEW COLLEGE.
