What You'll Be Doing Managing the full recruitment cycle: business development, client management, candidate sourcing, and placements Proactively identifying and winning new client relationships through calls, meetings, and networking Building and maintaining a strong network of candidates within your specialist market Writing and posting compelling job adverts, and headhunting where needed Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for client vacancies Negotiating rates, salaries, and terms with clients and candidates Managing the offer process through to successful placement and beyond Hitting and exceeding personal and team targets What We're Looking For Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role (agency experience essential) A confident, resilient, and target-driven attitude Strong communication and negotiation skills Proven track record of business development and billing Someone who's organised, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment A genuine passion for recruitment and building long-term relationships What's In It For You Basic salary of £30,000–£35,000, depending on experience Uncapped commission structure Clear progression path into senior/management roles Ongoing training and development support Modern office based in Sutton Coldfield Regular team incentives, socials, and rewards for top performers Supportive, close-knit team culture
