We’re looking for a proactive,people-focused HR Adviser who thrives in a fast-paced aviation environment where no two days are the same, the pace is relentless and there’s always another form to complete. From onboarding forms to stringent inductions, compliance checks to employee relations, HR queries to disciplinary matters, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our people supported and our processes on track.

Roles and Responsibilities

Build credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders by managing the HR compliance, policies and procedures in a busy and fast paced environment.

Support the seamless implementation of the HR processes and updates across all UK Newrest sites.

Partner with Line Managers to review employee life cycle, performance management, and overall staff management issues.

Navigate employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and those “have you got aminute?” conversations.

Review, update HR policies and procedures ensuring they are in line with the current UK legislation.

1 day per week to beworked form London Gatwick and 1 day per month in Manchester, ensuring presenceand a high-quality service is delivered.

Oversee all compliance relating to CAA requirements, payroll, recruitment and employeelifecycle.

Driving the business performance in relation to the organisation’s objectives.

Ensureyou are aware and comply with QHSE policies and procedures.
