As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll play an active role in supporting the transformation of how we attract, assess and hire talent across our UK operations.

Over 13 months, you'll work alongside a friendly and talented wider team, developing highly transferable business skills and contribute to projects that make a tangible impact across the organisation.

• Support and coaching from experienced Talent Acquisition professionals.
• Exposure to Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain recruitment.
• The opportunity to work on business improvement and transformation projects.
• Exposure to researching external market trends and recruitment best practice to apply to attraction strategies and assessment design.
• Contributing to projects that improve data led decisions and create metrics that matter.
• A structured learning journey designed to support your personal and professional development.

• Currently studying towards a Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Analytics, Psychology or a related discipline.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUPs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills together with confidence in working with data and presenting insights.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
