Overview
My client a global technology powerhouse are looking for an experienced SAP RE-FX Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4

HANA to support ongoing project work. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Real Estate Management processes, configuration, and integration across related SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of SAP RE-FX solutions within an S/4
  
  HANA environment.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical/functional specifications.
• Support end-to-end project activities including workshops, blueprinting, testing, UAT, and go-live.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with FI, PS, and BI Reporting.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancement recommendations.
• Deliver functional documentation, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory/compliance requirements.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP RE-FX in S/4
  
  HANA.
• Proven background in real estate contracts, lease management, valuation, postings, and IFRS 16 processes.
• Deep understanding of configuration, data structures, and system architecture within RE-FX.
• Experience working on full lifecycle SAP implementations or major enhancements.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

Highly Advantageous

• Knowledge and experience with:
• SAP FI (Financial Accounting)
• BI Reporting tools
• SAP PS (Project Systems)
• Exposure to UK-based or international real estate processes.
