Location: Remote (must work Finnish timezone, 2 hours ahead of UK)

Contract: 6-12 months Rate: 350/day Hours: 7.5 per day

IR35 Status: Outside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Global Profitability Reporting Program. This is a high-impact role requiring a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership skills to deliver in a complex, global environment.

You need to have industrial experience ideally in Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of the Global Profitability Reporting Program.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across multiple regions to align objectives and ensure successful outcomes.
• Lead discussions and decision-making in highly complex setups.
• Ensure proactive ownership and maintain performance under pressure and uncertainty.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Management Accounting expertise, including Activity-Based Costing (ABC) principles.
• Strong technical competence in reporting and analytics solutions, preferably Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence decisions at all levels.
• Experience operating in global, multi-stakeholder environments.

• Senior Project Manager with a track record of delivering large-scale programs.
• Background in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Deep understanding of management accounting and ABC methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and Fabric-based reporting solutions.
