Test Engineer
12 months
Hybrid - x1 day in Croydon x4 remote
435 per day inside IR35 - Umbrella only
Active SC clearance required
Key skills:
- Write test scripts
- Proven experience as a Test Engineer, QA Engineer, or similar role
- Strong scripting or programming skills (e.g. Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools/frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST Assured, pytest, etc.)
- Experience testing APIs and services
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops)
- Solid understanding of software testing principles and SDLC
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g. Jira, Azure Dev Ops) - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skill
