VIQU has partnered with a leading professional services organisation seeking an Intapp Technical Lead (Cloud & Integrations) to support the ongoing development, enhancement, and optimisation of their Intapp platform. This is a newly created role, introduced as the business continues to embed Intapp across revenue work streams and wider business processes. You will take technical ownership of Intapp development and integrations, ensuring the platform is working effectively, scalable, and aligned with business needs, while also upskilling internal teams to strengthen long-term capability.
Key Responsibilities of the Intapp Technical Lead:
- Design, develop, and deploy Intapp Boomi workflows.
- Maintain and enhance the Intapp cloud platform in line with business needs.
- Build and manage integrations with other systems using REST APIs and ETL tools.
- Produce and maintain clear technical documentation for workflows and integrations.
- Apply coding standards, version control, and release management best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve processes.
- Provide training and support to strengthen internal team capability.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement lasting fixes.
- Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and compliance standards.
- Work with third-party suppliers to deliver and support technical solutions.
Key Requirements of the Intapp Technical Lead:
- Strong hands-on experience developing within Intapp Cloud environments.
- Proven experience designing and developing Intapp Boomi workflows.
- Strong development / solutions capability (not purely BA or functional).
- Experience building and supporting integrations using REST APIs and ETL tools (e.g., Intapp Integration Service / IIS)
- Experience deploying applications to Azure cloud services.
- Advanced SQL development skills.
- Experience building reporting solutions, ideally using SiSense and Intapp API Swagger.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Power Shell.
- Previous experience working with Intapp within a legal or professional services environment is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across global teams.
- Understanding of version control, release management, and secure coding best practices.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
