Scrum Master

We’re looking for a hands-on Scrum Master to support an established Development team, keeping delivery running smoothly, and ensuring work flows clearly from backlog to release. You’ll manage Jira, facilitate agile ceremonies, and help the team stay aligned, organised, and productive.

You’ll be working across a range of internal systems and platforms, with the opportunity to influence and improve delivery processes as the organisation continues to scale.

• Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, dashboards, and automations
• Lead sprint ceremonies including planning, refinements, and retros
• Track delivery progress, spot blockers, and monitor key metrics
• Keep project data clean and accurate
• Partner with stakeholders to refine backlogs and coordinate UAT
• Communicate progress, risks, and updates clearly and proactively

• Proven Jira / Confluence proficiency - writing JQL, making your own dashboards and filters, Jira automations
• Solid understanding of agile delivery and the software development lifecycle
• Analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and issues early
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Scrum Master or Jira Admin certification
