We are now looking for a Quality Assurance Lead who will elevate our testing capability, champion best practice, and ensure we continue delivering secure, reliable, high performing products at scale.

Your Mission

As our Quality Assurance Lead
, you will own the QA strategy endtoend. You’ll define robust testing processes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure that every release meets the high standards expected of a global payments leader. You’ll collaborate across engineering, product, compliance, and operations becoming the voice of quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.

This is a role for someone who thrives on curiosity, challenges assumptions, and asks the allimportant question: "How do I break this?"

What You’ll Do
  • Build and implement comprehensive testing processes, including full endtoend and exploratory testing.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and shared ownership of quality.
  • Develop and embed QA best practices across teams.
  • Support the definition of functional and nonfunctional testing requirements.
  • Maintain and optimise test environments to ensure reliability.
  • Produce clear, detailed test reports for stakeholders.
  • Take full accountability for test activities throughout the lifecycle.
  • Communicate testing outcomes with clarity, confidence, and impact.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in test management within microservices and data driven environments.
  • Strong background in functional and nonfunctional testing.
  • Handson experience with:
    • Leading QA teams
    • REST and Playwright frameworks
    • Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS), APIs, event driven architectures, and databases.
    • Lowlatency, high throughput systems
    • Docker
    • Git, Maven

  • Product - Ensure clear requirements and shared expectations
  • Service Operations - Support smooth transitions into production
  • Compliance (EU & UK) ensure regulatory alignment

You’ll also collaborate with external partners and vendors where required.
