Project Manager (French & English) – Edenred Payment Solutions

Swindon/London (Hybrid)
• Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 + Bonus

Edenred Payment Solutions is a leading Fin Tech innovator, delivering cutting‑edge payment services across borders.

• Serve as the primary point of contact, leveraging excellent communication skills in French and English to engage clients effectively.
• Lead implementation of client changes from initial requirements gathering through product acceptance and rollout.
• Manage multiple parallel work streams, including IT and related activities, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Introduce change management processes focused on minimizing impact to ongoing client services and mitigating risks.
• Negotiate client objectives and scope adjustments to meet agreed timelines and phased delivery plans.
• Oversee project delivery across internal teams, third‑party partners, suppliers, and clients—identifying and resolving delays and obstacles.
• Conduct detailed planning, estimate efforts, and provide clear status reporting both internally and to clients.
• Support and inspire colleagues, fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.

• Proven technical delivery experience managing complex projects.
• Full professional fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfort working within technology‑focused environments and solving client business challenges.
