Octopus Energy is seeking a Tech Ops Generalist to join our growing Tech Ops team. You will play a key role in defining Tech Ops, providing world-class support, and automating processes to enhance efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with our Security team, and managing supplier relationships. The ideal candidate has extensive enterprise IT experience and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
This position offers a salary between £65,000 - £90,000, depending on experience, and allows for either fully office-based work or a hybrid model.
