Junior Service Delivery Engineer

Core hours between 07:00 – 17:30

We’re looking for a Junior Service Delivery Engineer to join a busy on‑site IT support team in Cumbria. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career or looking to build hands‑on experience in a real working environment.

You’ll be fully supported with training and development
, making this an ideal role if you have a basic IT understanding and a strong willingness to learn.

• Providing on‑site deskside support to end users (hardware & software issues)
• Setting up and delivering IT equipment (laptops, phones, tablets, etc.)
• Troubleshooting everyday IT problems in a Windows environment
• Supporting users face‑to‑face to keep them up and running
• Managing your own support tickets and working to targets
• Assisting with hardware rollouts, upgrades, and other IT projects
• Helping with simple break‑fix tasks on devices (training provided)

This is a hands‑on role
, so you’ll be actively working across customer sites rather than office‑based (don’t worry they are all on the same grounds!)

• Basic IT knowledge (Windows, hardware, Microsoft applications)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good problem‑solving ability
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

• Full UK driving licence (travel between sites required)
• Must be 21+
• Happy to work on‑site full time

• Full training provided to build your technical skills
