QA Automation Lead / 6 months / Hybrid (Swindon) / 450 - 550pd (Inside IR35)
I am currently looking for a Lead QA Automation Engineer to join a leading client of ours on a 6-month contract. This has been determined inside IR35 and will require you to go onsite at least once per week in Swindon (we could consider twice per fortnight etc).
You will be leading a team of 4, owning quality assurance process, alignment, progression, etc.
Skills & experience needed:- Extensive leadership experience whilst maintaining hands on QA skills.
- Java, Cucumber, Spring Boot, Postgre
SQL, Kafka, AWS. - Self‑sufficient, proactive, strong stakeholder management skills.
