Coats Recruitment is working with a well‑established IT support business based in Studley, Warwickshire, who are looking to recruit an IT Support Technician to join their team on a part‑time basis, with the opportunity to progress into a full‑time position as the role develops.

This is a varied, hands‑on role supporting a wide range of clients, so it would suit someone who enjoys problem‑solving and working across different environments, providing both remote and on‑site IT support.

• Providing IT helpdesk support to a broad client base
• Supporting and managing approximately 1200 business accounts
• Administering Microsoft 365 environments (user management, basic admin and troubleshooting)
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
• Delivering practical IT solutions to clients in a clear and efficient way
• Attending client sites for on‑site support when required
• Working across both office‑based and field‑based support

• Previous experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (admin experience preferred)
• Good understanding of IT hardware and general troubleshooting
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach
• Confident communicating with a range of clients
• Full UK driving licence is essential
