Dependency & Integration Analyst

Salary: £125, per year

• We are looking for experience in programme planning, PMO, scheduling, or delivery coordination roles within complex multi-programme environments.
• We need proven ability to manage integrated dependency registers and consolidated programme schedules.
• We require strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including reconciling planning data from multiple systems, formats, and stakeholders.
• We need experience identifying and managing schedule risks, critical path dependencies, and programme integration challenges.
• We require a strong track record of monitoring actions and ensuring accountability across multiple delivery teams.
• We need confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels to gather and validate programme information.
• We require familiarity with planning and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
• We need experience producing high-quality reporting, planning documentation, and briefing packs for governance forums and senior leadership teams.
• We would value experience supporting large‑scale transformation or technology programmes.
• We would value understanding of programme governance and portfolio management frameworks.
• We would value knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• We would value experience working within highly regulated or complex enterprise environments.

• We build, maintain, and manage integrated dependency registers across multiple programmes and work streams.
• We develop and maintain cross‑programme schedule views to ensure alignment of delivery milestones and activities.
• We analyse planning information from multiple teams, tools, and reporting sources to identify inconsistencies, risks, and gaps.
• We identify and elevate critical path conflicts, schedule risks, and interface clashes that may affect programme delivery.
  
  We track actions, decisions, and commitments through to completion across a variety of stakeholder groups.
• We engage with programme delivery teams to gather, validate, and challenge planning assumptions and dependency information.
• We support governance and reporting activities by preparing planning artefacts, briefing materials, and status updates for senior stakeholders and programme forums.
• We contribute to continuous improvement across planning, integration, and reporting processes.

We are hiring a Dependency & Integration Analyst for a hybrid role based in Reading, with one day per week on site. This is a 6‑month contract with a day rate of £500‑£600 per day via umbrella, and we anticipate likely extensions. We are seeking someone who thrives in fast‑paced delivery environments and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and coordination to large‑scale programmes across multiple work streams.
