2nd Line IT Support Engineer

Salary: £32,000 - 35,000 per year

• We troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, and networking issues.
• We resolve escalated hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
• We take ownership of tickets through to resolution.
• We maintain accurate technical documentation.

We are a well‑established MSP based in central Edinburgh, and we are looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join our growing team on a fully onsite basis. This is a great opportunity to work closely with users, solve technical problems, and develop your skills across a broad range of technologies. The role is predominantly office‑based, with hybrid working available after six months, and we actively support professional development through funded certifications and training.

We offer a salary of £32,000 to £35,000 plus a range of benefits, along with the opportunity to gain exposure to varied technologies and occasional travel to client sites across central Scotland only.
