Business Analyst

Our client is looking for two Business Analysts to define the requirements for replacing six legacy service delivery, staff and rostering applications.

You will map the current state, shape future requirements and produce the documentation needed to take the project into RFI and potential RFP, working across operational, technical and senior stakeholder groups.

This role is focused on discovery, requirements definition and supplier selection preparation for a modern service delivery platform.

• Build a clear stakeholder map across multiple directorates and establish the right routes for gathering information
• Analyse existing legacy applications, processes, data flows and reporting constraints
• Capture current-state processes across service delivery, staff management and rostering
• Define future-state requirements for modern replacement systems
• Translate technical, data and integration needs into clear business requirements
• Produce structured documentation, including process maps, requirements catalogues and decision records
• Contribute to the RFI process, ensuring supplier questions reflect real business and operational needs
• Prepare requirements and supporting material that can be used in a later RFP process
• Work independently with limited day-to-day direction, keeping progress visible and risks clear
