Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year

- Proactively manage IT services to ensure continuous production without interruptions.
- Engage hands-on with hardware and systems critical to day-to-day operations, including network servers and complex production line technologies.
- Deliver installations of system updates and new tools, ensuring compatibility and efficiency across departments.
- Provide strategic out-of-hours support to proactively address and resolve issues, ensuring smooth operations around the clock.
