Location: Southend
Sharp Brains Solutions is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer (L1) to provide onsite end-user IT support in an enterprise environment. You will troubleshoot desktops, hardware, software, and network-related issues, and manage user accounts with Active Directory.
The role requires 2–5 years of Desktop Support experience, strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 knowledge, and excellent communication and customer service skills. This is a full-time on-site position based in the United Kingdom.
