Location: Crick
Jobtailor is seeking a control room operations lead to monitor automation, WMS/WCS platforms and live dashboards, coordinating rapid responses to faults and bottlenecks to maintain flow. You will align inbound, stock and outbound processes and drive SOP improvements while ensuring incident logs and escalation pathways are followed.
In this role you will lead cross-functional coordination, make fast, data-driven decisions under pressure, and apply strong analytical skills to dashboards and KPIs
