Principal Platform Engineer

Salary: £75,000 - 85,000 per year

• Proven experience in 3rd line support within enterprise environments
• Strong expertise across Windows infrastructure technologies
• Solid understanding of virtualization, particularly the VMware stack
• Experience working in secure or MOD environments
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST, RMADS, and SyOPs
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong ownership

• Own and resolve complex 3rd line technical issues
• Design, deploy, and maintain secure Windows-based infrastructure
• Support and optimize enterprise environments across multiple technologies
• Implement security controls and ensure compliance standards are met
