Yorkshire Building Society is seeking a Chapter Lead – Agile to define and embed the enterprise agile operating model, standards and practices, ensuring effective and scalable agile delivery across the organisation, with executive influence.
You will own and evolve the enterprise agile framework, playbooks, tooling and delivery patterns, balance pace and control in a regulated environment, and use flow metrics and delivery insights to improve performance and governance.
