IT Project Manager, Cloud Computing: Infrastructure & Operations, IT Support
Salary: £40,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements:- Proven experience leading infrastructure, IT operations, or technical support teams
- Strong people leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating technical teams
- Experience delivering high-quality IT services within a complex organisation
- Ability to manage competing priorities and drive improvements in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams
- Experience managing escalations and ensuring successful outcomes
- Understanding of IT service management principles and operational processes
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Service Now, Azure Dev Ops, or similar would be beneficial
- Lead and develop a global infrastructure engineering team, supporting performance, collaboration, and career development
- Create a strong team culture focused on service quality, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Ensure operational priorities are effectively managed and resources are aligned to business needs
- Drive improvements across service delivery, processes, and ways of working
- Support effective management of incidents, escalations, and operational challenges
- Ensure technology changes are delivered in a controlled and effective way
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide confidence around service performance and improvements
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reliability, and the overall delivery of infrastructure services
