Cyber Resilience Analyst

Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year

• Previous experience in cyber resilience (Business Continuity, Incident Response, Disaster Recovery)
• Excellent documentation and report writing skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage complex plans
• A general understanding of how enterprise-level IT systems work together
• Experience with Microsoft Azure (particularly ASR and Recovery Services) (desirable)
• Experience with VMware technologies (desirable)
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Defender suite (desirable)
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences (desirable)

• Define, maintain, and test resilience plans for the organisation, including Business Continuity, Incident Response, and Disaster Recovery
• Conduct analysis on business systems to understand and document impact, scope, and recovery paths related to cyber incidents
• Contribute to incident reviews to ensure learnings are taken to improve resilience
• Identify and elevate weaknesses in the resilience strategy
• Work with project and change teams to ensure new developments are designed with resilience in mind

This role focuses on ensuring that resilience strategies are robust and effective and is based in our Deeside head office, with a minimum of 2 days per week spent working from there.
