Edenred Pay Tech in Swindon or London is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile practices and coach Scrum teams across a hybrid delivery environment. You will champion LeSS/SAFe or Disciplined Agile elements to improve value delivery and team happiness.
Applicants should hold an Agile certification (PSM1/CSM etc.) and have proven ability to facilitate effective ceremonies, coach teams, and partner with Product Owner/Manager to prioritise work and drive measurable improvements.
