Senior CRM Systems Executive

A leading international professional services firm is looking for a Senior CRM Systems Executive to support the effective use and development of its CRM and e-marketing systems. Working within the Client Data & Systems team, the role will:
Administer and maintain the Inter Action CRM , including access, data quality, archiving, folders and integrations. Support CRM data quality and help drive best-practice adoption across the organisation. Manage campaigns, mailings, complex searches and reporting. Act as a trusted advisor to marketing, business development teams, partners and fee earners. Deliver CRM training and create user guidance. Lead smaller projects and support wider CRM initiatives, including a major cloud upgrade.

Work closely with IT to resolve technical issues and improve system performance. The ideal candidate will have CRM or marketing systems experience within a professional services environment, with experience administering CRM and/or e-marketing platforms. Inter Action and Vuture experience would be advantageous. They will be highly organised, commercially minded and detail-focused , with strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A collaborative, proactive approach and confidence working with senior stakeholders are essential. Hybrid working: typically 60% office / 40% remote, subject to role requirements and manager approval. This is a maternity-cover fixed-term contract.
